Newsletter August 2013
It has been a year of transformation and transitions. The world didn’t end in 2012 but it has felt like plenty has been shifting, with some things coming to an end but also seeing how that creates space for new growth, allowing something stronger and more positive to emerge.
In this issue of Anahata Dharana, we feature a Special Report on the passing of Ammaji – the mother of the head of the Satyananda tradition and also the first disciple of Swami Satyananda. In the India section there are updates of significant activities happening in preparation for the upcoming World Yoga Convention, and the Feature story of Anahata’s Swami Karma Karuna’s pilgrimage and renewing time in India.
In the Anahata News section you can read about how things have continued to grow and develop at Anahata with the infrastructure and the people, and in the Event News and the Living Yoga sections, we continue to witness the transformative effect on those who come here, whether for a short retreat or to live for some time.
We have some tools to support your own growth and evolvement. In the Practical Tools section, we feature “SWAN”, a tool supporting a healthy ability to digest life and develop yourself. In the Yogic Diet section there are Ayurvedic tips and tools to support a healthy ability to digest food and in the Products section enjoy reading about the evolution of Divyajyoti’s new book “Nature’s Creation – Knowledge and Guidance Through Healing Plants”.
Share with us in the Trust section our gratitude to those who continue to support us to grow with their generous and practical donations.
We hope that you have been experiencing positive transformations in your life and look forward to welcoming you here any time you feel you need a boost to continue to transform in a positive way.
