Newsletter July 2015
Welcome to another edition of the Anahata Dharana Newsletter!
This month we are focusing on the theme of Evolution, which is described in the dictionary as “a process of slow change and development”
Anahata is at an important point of evolution. After many years of visioning a management team, we heartily welcome the Krshnan family, who bring many new skills, the lighthearted energy of children and a fresh vision for the next steps ahead. We have already been blessed with daily authentic Indian dishes in the kitchen (see Yogic Diet) and we will be looking at gradual restructuring, to bring Anahata to a new level in the coming time frame.
One of our goals is to continue creating a strong, positive, passionate longer-term team here at Anahata. If you are interested to give of your skills, whilst immersing yourself in a focused yogic eco environment, see the Positions Available section.
The evolution, as it does, is touching us all…..Swami Karma Karuna is looking forward to stepping back from day to day Anahata work and concentrating more on sharing the yogic teachings at Anahata, in India and in travelling programs, as well as through writing, one of her passions.
This year has already brought new programs and Events to Anahata, with our first Yoga Nidra Instructors training. Coming up in October is the insightful and stimulating Kriya Yoga Retreat with Swami Muktibodhananda. Read an exclusive interview with her in the Features section and find out about Kriya Yoga Retreat travel packages. A Permaculture Design course with a yogic twist launches in November, and in August Sannyasin Atmabhava and Swami Karma Karuna hope to see some of you for some mudras at Tauhara Retreat.
Growth and evolution usually requires opening, letting go and growing. We are all doing this here at Anahata and grateful to the amazing yogic practices and lifestyle which supports this transformation.
